Hi Jenn, I’m almost in this category but without the self-injury. It is called Bipolar I or II with Bordeline Personality Disorder. Generally speaking, SSRI/SNRI at high dose + anticonvulsants are the golden meds fo this illness. Sometimes, a therapy is needed if the patient is non-compliant with his meds or simply need to talk. i fit in the category……im in same boat as you…..i wonder what would help too…….i tried to set goals to beat my record of one month and two days…but as of last night…im gonna have to start over ……so far it was two weeks…….gonna try agian Before you buy.

what is ssri, or snri….is that in same catergoy as prozac, paxil??????? evenstar Before you buy.
